Despite the (media-induced?) difficulties in the real estate market nationally and locally, Jacksonville and its neighboring coastal cities like Atlantic Beach are poised for an influx of jobs. Jobs that will hire local folks and also bring in people who are relocating. How lucky we are that Deutsche Bank is considering a move to Jacksonville. I think Atlantic Beach would be a great place for employees to buy or rent a home.
In either case, I'm sure Atlantic Beach would be thrilled to extend a welcome and some "Southern Hospitality" to new neighbors!
