The Wall Street Journal said this yesterday. My broker, Pete Dalton, Vanguard Realty Inc., sent out an email titled "The Housing Crisis is Over!" (exclamation point his, not mine!) including the text of the WSJ opinion column.
This is good news! I'm happy!
