Since blogging seems to be the only thing keeping me busy these days, you'd think I'd be doing more posting. Unfortunately I've spent more time reading than writing, so I'm sort of falling down on the blog...I mean job!
Obviously the May numbers have been out for a couple of weeks, since it is now already June 17. I think I avoid blogging about Atlantic Beach real estate sales to avoid having to look at the numbers...that way I can stay in my optimistic bliss and not face the reality that sales are not where I (and every other Atlantic Beach, FL property owner!) hoped they would be.
We're in the middle of the buying season...I just know the news will be better at the end of June and July!
